Sold out items and today's specials

Sold out: open the dish and mark it sold out. Guests still see the dish, marked as sold out, so they don't wonder where it went. Unmark it when it's back.

Today's special: mark a dish as a special and it appears in the specials box at the top of your live menu. Take the mark off when the special ends.

Both changes take effect immediately. You don't need to reprint.
