Terms of service
Last updated: 3 November 2026
1. Who we are
Menu Creator is a menu tool for restaurants and cafés. It lets you build a menu, publish a live web menu, and print it with a QR code. In these terms, "we" means the operator of Menu Creator, and "you" means the business that creates an account.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what is published under your account. You must be 18 or older, or acting for a business that is.
3. Your menu content
You own your menu, photos and logo. You confirm you have the right to use them. You give us permission to host and show them to your guests, and to process them to produce prints, QR codes and translations. Allergen and dietary information is your responsibility: check it before you publish it. We provide the tools, not food-safety advice.
4. Plans and payment
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Pro, and the one-time print pack) are billed as shown on the pricing page at the time you buy. Taxes are shown at checkout where they apply. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep the Free plan afterwards.
5. Diners
Guests who scan your QR code use our public menu pages free of charge. We don't charge diners, and we don't take commission on orders.
6. Acceptable use
Don't publish unlawful, misleading or offensive content, don't try to break or overload the service, and don't use it to send unsolicited messages.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep the service running, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features over time. We'll tell you before removing something you rely on.
8. Ending the service
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever stop the service, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your menu data.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell account holders about material changes. Questions: hello@menucreator.example. See also our privacy policy.
