Questions

Do I need a card to start?: No. The free plan needs no card and no contract.
Will my printed QR code still work?: Yes. The QR code points to a short link that never changes, so it keeps working for as long as your menu is online.
What happens if I cancel Pro?: You go back to the free plan. Your menu, your QR code and your edits all stay. You lose only the Pro extras.
Do you take a commission on orders?: No. We don't handle orders or payments between you and your guests, so there is nothing to take a cut of.
Can my guests pay or order through you?: No. Menu Creator is a menu tool. Online ordering is not something we offer.
Are taxes added?: Where local tax applies to a subscription, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I get my data out?: Yes. Ask us and we'll send you your menu data. See our privacy policy.
